The food was good, with a lot of options. Location: the hotel was adjacent to lovely restaurants, the Bullring which maybe took 20 minutes and center of Birmingham. I stayed here for a weekend and would love to come back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the theatre, shopping centre, and even the charming canal area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And lastly, the room itself was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast, which included a delicious runny fried egg.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there wasn't a single thing that needed improvement.

The hotel temperature was a bit high for my preference, and the windows could only be opened slightly. the room could have been cleaner, with a few noticeable marks on the net curtains.
