The food was good, with a lot of options. Location: the hotel was adjacent to lovely restaurants, the Bullring which maybe took 20 minutes and center of Birmingham. I stayed here for a weekend and would love to come back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the theatre, shopping centre, and even the charming canal area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And lastly, the room itself was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast, which included a delicious runny fried egg.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there wasn't a single thing that needed improvement.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone attending events in the heart of the city, being walking distance from many major attractions. the breakfast buffet had an outstanding variety of fresh and tasty options.

The hotel temperature was a bit high for my preference, and the windows could only be opened slightly. the room could have been cleaner, with a few noticeable marks on the net curtains.

We also enjoyed strolling along the Brindley Place canal, which was just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

    Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with very affordable prices for a stay in the city centre. The location is perfect for shopping and visiting the theatre, as it is conveniently situated on a canal. The staff here are attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic, but they have really comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. One thing we appreciated was the large fan in the room, which kept us cool without any noisy interruptions. And let's not forget about breakfast - the fried eggs were perfectly runny and a delicious way to start the day!

All was just fine, no issues to mention.

Great location! the hotel is centrally located, which made it easy for us to explore the city. We were within walking distance of the ICC and a variety of bars and restaurants on Broad Street. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Limited parking was a downside. the charge for parking was quite high, and there were not many spaces available.

The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you check in. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city centre, making it convenient for shopping trips, theatre visits, and leisurely walks along the canal. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the large fan in the room, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep without any disruptive noise. Great location, close to shops and supermarkets. Efficient and cheap taxi service. Early breakfast available with made-to-order options. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and fresh towels.

Difficult to find the hotel on foot. Night staff were rude and unhelpful, causing a hassle when returning to the room late at night.
